Our stringent employee recruiting and selection procedures ensure that time and efforts are not wasted on candidates who will not be eligible for SIDA badges. We only submit SIDA badge applications for candidates we have carefully pre-qualified for Criminal History Record Check and Security Threat Assessment clearances. In many cases for international eligibility we will require the same requalification to provide reliable candidates for all over services. Many of our security officers, supervisors, and operations managers are law enforcement and military veterans with special expertise ranging from assisting with arrests to identification of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). AGI we even go even a step further and have a one-year period in which a new AGI employee who have not previously successfully completed a probationary period are assessed to determine whether their performance and conduct demonstrates fitness for continued employment in the AGI.
Through a rigorous training curriculum, we deploy airport security officers who are knowledgeable and confident, with customer service skills and "can do" attitudes. Our operations leaders are proactively involved in security planning and drills and are prepared to mobilize additional staff with little or no lead time in response to elevated terror alert levels or other needs. In aviation security, we know service failures are not an option, and training, preparation, and flexibility are everything.
Our officers are frequently recognized by clients and by TSA officials for their performance following TSA random inspection tests and following the discovery of illegal drugs and prohibited items during vehicle inspections at airside entry gates. We receive excellent feedback and commendations for successfully working as a unified team with aviation personnel, federal agencies, local law enforcement, and private firms to achieve common goals.
For work scopes ranging from conventional security services to specialized, aviation-specific responsibilities, aviation clients nationwide rely on us as a trusted security partner. We are experienced and ready to rise to the challenge of providing for the safe travel of passengers and the protection of airport employees and airport infrastructure.
